Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. Appointment requests are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Sapphire Detail LLC.
2. Service Area
Our mobile detailing services are available throughout Orange County. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
3. Vehicle Accessibility
Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location with enough space for our team to work. We require access to the vehicle for the duration of the appointment.
4. Service Duration
Times given for detailing services are estimates only. The actual time may vary depending on the condition and size of the vehicle.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Cash.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will incur a fee of $80 to compensate our technician. Day of cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee, which may be up to $250. This policy applies to all car detailing services.
7. Weather Conditions
In the event of extreme weather that may impact service quality or safety, we may reschedule your appointment to the next available date.
8. Vehicle Condition
Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other challenging conditions may require additional charges.
9. Liability
While we take the utmost care, Sapphire Detail LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or wear and tear revealed during the detailing process.
10. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
